			<description><![CDATA[<p>Okay, so I was looking on the California Lottery website and was interested to see this game and it looked interesting but what i don&#x27;t get is the time. So say I pick Santa Anita Race 5 which is a 6 furlong race the #7 horse to win the race in 1:09.45 i would win the jackpot? If he doesn&#x27;t win the race in 1:09.45th&#x27;s but wins the race what is the payout?<br /><br />Edit: okay nevermind, I see you can play exacta&#x27;s and trifecta&#x27;s but what races do they pick</p>]]></description>
