			<description><![CDATA[<p>Numbers do balance but not always as quickly as the next draw. Suggest a larger sampling to formulate a theory. If you look at a grain of sand through a microscope it looks HUGE! 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would say your theory is true if a state participates in having balanced draws. Meaning that #s for the most part are not missing for more than 5 days collectively. if they (at least 3 digits) are missing for 3 to 4 days then they pair up appear.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>My theory is the numbers are always trying to stay balanced so to speak.<br /><br />So lets say in a drawing the numbers drawn are all 3 or below, then to balance<br /><br />out for the next draw at least 2 of the numbers will be 5 or above. I assume<br /><br />that theory may be true in reverse if you have lets say 3 numbers drawn all<br /><br />7 or above in the next draw there should be 2 numbers at 5 or below.<br /><br />This is just a theory you should check it out back test it in your states<br /><br />Pick 3 see what you come up with.</p>]]></description>
