I know the machine won&#x27;t read a red sharpie.<br /><br />I&#x27;ve filled out hundreds of play slips with a black sharpie and never had one rejected.<br /><br />I also know the ink will bleed through the play slip so don&#x27;t put another play slip under the one your filling out.</p>]]></description>

Also I have a FL Lottery pen that I got from the district office<br /><br />Luckily in FL they have the plastic lottery sleeves so I can keep all of my cards safe and not smudged up.<br /><br />Anytime I see those sleeves I grab a couple so I have extras. They usually only come out with them once a year.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a real method for this.<br /><br />I always use a blunted (meaning no sharp point) #2 pencil.<br /><br />This is the type of pencil you would normally try to write with (but feel that it really needs sharpening)<br /><br />It works great for lottery tickets. Covers the selection area just right.<br /><br />Hope I explained that OK.<br /><br />Using a pencil...gives you an opportunity to make a correction if you mark wrong numbers. It had a transparent cylinder at the top that you shook and then 5 white numbered balls went into one tube and a red numbered ball went into antoehr.<br /><br />Someone left it too close to a candles one day and it melted the top portion of it.<br /><br />I&#x27;d like to find another one of them but never have.</p>]]></description>
