I was doing a relaxation exercise before I went to sleep last night. I was completely awake, but I visualized a white owl with the face of a man. It really scared me...after that I had a hard time going to sleep. Usually I don't see anything when I am relaxing/meditating before going to sleep. Does anyone have any idea of the significance of this
