well, around 15, 30 and 45: 2 or 3 numbers will play, which you can use as key numbers....

from 12-18 from, 27-33 and from 42-48 there will play 2 or 3 numbers which you can use as key numbers...

you can use it in a wheel and all you need is the other 2 or 3 numbers....BOTH FOR POWERBALL OR MEGAMILLIONS....
