Thanks, I'll tell him that. He has twin girls (19 years old and in their first year of college). He is divorced and is a good cook, but he called me last week and asked if I had an extra sifter. He wanted to make some biscuits. So... guess what he's getting as part of his gift today.....yep, a new sifter!
