Good point, but you'd need all 9 digits to open the vault.

Then they should mail the codes to Iowa, where there would be 17 nuns that divide the 17 codes into 12 pairs. Then the 12 pairs would be faxed over to a group of Eskimos who are temporarily residing in Minnesota. They would in turn assign letters to the 12 pairs and Fed-Ex them to a judge in Portland Oregon.

At that point, the judge would use the Inverted lottery system to decode the letters that form the 12 pairs into the original... [ More ]

The best thing to do is too have 3 people memorize a 9 digit code to the vault where the machines are stored.. Each person will remember 3 digits. Those 9 digits are drawn by a machine with tubes and balls.

put cameras in the buildings where the drawings and pre-tests are conducted and every manner how the drawings/lottery is conducted and let them be view by everyone on the internet, 24/7....They dont got nothing to hide DO THEY...People viewing how everything is conducted CANT DO ANYTHING, JUST WATCH...

unless you HAD SOMETHING TO HIDE...what harm could it cause....people/the world could watch the workers come in 24/7 who walks in and who walks out....

you got my vote for you to contact every lotto in the world and get his started.

BTW whose gonna pay for 24 hr live camera feed and will the person viewing the live feed be able to control the cameras buy way of panning and zooming.

Will there be a clock on the wall so we'll know it's not a taped event.

Wait couldn't they just send out a taped event in real time yep.

So now i vote that you visit every lottery in the world and report back to us what you find out.
