Go back to the begining of this thread and read thru, you should find your answer, if not then post your question to this thread and I will answer it. If you are in the U.s. then it is very difficult to play due to the internet gambling law thing, so until that is resolved we are screwed. However, if you shop around you will find info on the net and ways to get around the ban. Ok, let's get started.

Each day my computers crank out 10 Pick-4 numbers, you can check my Blog here at the Lottery Post for a list of past numbers, and the winning results posted there also.

Of these 10 numbers we prune the list down to 6 Quick Nickels Pick-4 [QNP4] these are the best of the list of 10 and the ones most likely to fall. Here are the Target Play Due State(s)

Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

These are the best state(s) to play the pick-4's for today, but should not be the only state(s) to play as these numbers can fall anywhere at anytime. The Target Play Due state(s) are the state(s) my computers picked to have a better than average chance to fall.
