Looks like the same concept from Steve Player's Hit Wheels system. The only difference is the combinations, and Steve's is only one wheel with numbers on the outer edge, middle, and inner part of the wheel. You look on the outer part for your last winning number and it tells you what to play based on what numbers the inner circles show.

I did an extensive backtest years ago when i first saw that wheel, and nothing significant came out of it.

I looked for a little while, but couldn't find it. You could just use the same concept for 4, or 5 numbers though, I'd assume. Although I'm sure that whoever made the method has specific numbers in mind, the way I see it, it's random.

A reel wheel has either 3 , 4 or 5 wheels with all the digits on them . It's a pocket hand held number selector....
