WIN!

Ball drawings are more entertaining to watch. I did not like it when D.C. switched from balls to computer in 2004. The ball-drawn method was much more entertaining to watch - especially the one time in 2004 when they were doing the red ball promotion and the red ball was the only ball left in that machine.

I seem to remember signing the petition at some point.

Pre-Draws has no reverence on the out come of the daily or nightly draws .It does not matter how many times they change out the balls , rotate machines or rotate tubes the bias is still their on the balls.. A pre-test is just that a test none thing else . I agree Raven...

Signing the Petition or a Petition is only useful if it's submitted to some Governing Body that considers the premise of the Petition and Acts in the Best Interest and Fairness to All.

How does the weight difference in the balls favor the player?

You yourself just said a few grams is all that matters to make the balls react differently in the chamber. So how does that tilt the benefit for the player?

The rotations and pretests do matter. One simple example is when a number is overdue in a certain position, and a lot of folks who track numbers are pissed off because they're spending money everyday waiting for that number/s to show, when it already showed in a pretest.... [ More ]

The bias in the balls is the numbers on them. A number 1 is lighter than a numbers 2 or 9 or 36 just a few grams is all that matters to make the balls react different in the chamber . It does not matter how many times they rotate the tubes or machines the bias is built in to the balls.....

How is it in favor of the player when they rotate tubes, machines and do multiple pretests? They disturb the natural flow of chaos.

In fact, when I was living in N.Y. years ago, I read an article in the New York Daily News of a lottery official answering a question posed about the pretests, and the official clearly stated it was done to reduce any patterns that may form. Ball draws isn't all that it's cracked up to be either. If i sign a petition, it'll be to stop all pre-draws, tube rotations, and machine rotations. If that's out of the question, then I'll sign a petition to disclose all the pre-draw results to the public well in advance of the draw.

just pray rng will never come to mm or pb, as the big games are about the only thing that lottery's don't have the Balls to try change it to rng,
