Of the $10 tickets its really hard to say. Judging on past wins on the 200 Million Spectacular, there is typically a winner every 5-6 months. The last 2 wins on that game came on:

11/12/2010 (Orlando, FL) 06/08/10 (Largo, FL)

Even though this game typically produces a winner every 5-6 months on average, anything can happen. I still play this game because I like it.

at the two places i mainly buy tickets one gas station and winn dixie they sell between 2 and 3 rolls a day of 5$ monopoly and like 2 of the 200 million spectacular which i noticed is also 2nd run so i dont know if you would consider that popular, which 10 dollar ticket should be played

Hey 305, yes now that these have been re-ordered the are worse! I don't know how that affects the odds. They say top prizes may increase proportionally. If this is true then that might explain why the last guy who 1 million in 200 million Spectacular took home over $700,000 while you get $650,000 as a cash option with BDB

Well, heres the thing. I would hope so, but can't prove it. I've thought about this for a while also.

Technically the FL Lottery would be breaking the law if they advertised the same odds on 2nd run tickets, and they weren't correct.

Another thing I noticed is some games with 2nd runs , just means the Lottery office shipped out the tickets in more than one shipment. Lets say there were 10,000,000 tickets created. The lottery office could distibute half of those and still have 5,000,00... [ More ]

do you think all the re run or 2nd run tickets are created with the same odds? what about the 5$ monopoly and casino action 10$ seems harder to win on these now ive already had 12 losers in row on both these tickets thats why i ask? you seem to know more than most on here just looking for info im trying to find the RIGHT ticket to play for each denom.

They usually print a set # of tickets per game. That is how the odds are created.

Sometimes popular games will have 2nd runs which means they will print another run of tickets wih the same odds.

i had somehow gotten the wrong idea that the .## was different. after doing some more research i did get a better idea of how the odds are read.

so i guess the next question that would be harder to answer is does anyone know if there are a set number of tickets per game? do they continuously print tickets until?

The odds of the entire game divided by the total amount of tickets printed are 1:4.72

That doesnt mean that there is a gauranteed winner every 4.72 tickets. You could buy 20 tickets in a row and get 2 winners. Then on the next roll there could be 5 winners in a row. It all evens out to 1:4.72 in the end.

Im not sure which specific game you are referring to but with the information you provided I hope I clarified it for you =)

so as i understand it when a ticket says the odds are 1:4.72, that means your odds of winning anything is one in four, but winning one of the big prizes is 1 in 72
