Number Drawn:

1 2 3 4 (minus -1 from 2nd digit minus -2 from 4th digit) = 12

(plus +1 from 2nd digit plus +2 from 4th digit) = 36

Then I look 2 or 3 draws back and see which one came first??

Was it the 12 or the 36??

If the 12 came first then I target the 36

If the 36 came first I target the 12

These are my formulas for expected pairs

(-3 -2) (+2 -2) (+1-3)
