My wife and I plan to buy them on our paydays and since we're paid on opposite weeks, that means we'll get a ticket every week. Our tickets will be spaced out all over the place. Hopefully we'll get a win.

Good luck, I love raffles, the one lady who won would buy them all over the state at different times, she had great success.

Buy another in the middle of the time period, then a couple before the drawing. In NC, the winners are usually the ones who waited for the last minute. No joke.

Today Louisiana kicked off its Millionaire Raffle game. There are 5 preliminary drawings for $20,000 prior to the big drawing in May which will have 20 $20,000 drawings and of course, 1 for $1million. I bought my first ticket today and plan to buy more.
