What you can do is try Lotterypost wheels section and use your numbers in a wheel, whether it be a key or abbreviated.

Is there any software or web script that will pick random numbers I choose from a list I provide?

Example:

The software should pick 5 of the numbers above at random (no duplicate numbers).

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.
