It looks like you inquired about a butler service that will buy the tickets for players in other countries. Most of the answers in this thread were about foreign players buying tickets in the USA, not outside while here on a visit or an extended stay and they will collect the winnings. A butler service would buy the tickets for you but all bets are off with any guarantee of collecting all the jackpot winnings if you happened to win.

thnx everybody.but i think you will not get any money unless you are phisically in usa.but it is also too hard getting visa card or master here.

I am from Canada and the lotto group I organize won $10,000 a couple of years a ago. The US dollar was worth much more than the Canadian dollar at the time making the win even bigger.

I'm not sure about 4 5 picks on MM or Powerball..... Not exactly sure about her residency status but a lady from Chile named Maria Grasso won $197 Million in The Big Game(What MM was called previously)...........Another lottery winner Ishan Khan was a Pakistani man who won the Powerball for $55 Million he was a dual US and Pakistani citizen. So it could happen.....GOOD LUCK

The amount of Federal taxes withheld is the only difference between a non resident and a resident winning.

You'd probably have to come here to claim it, unless you have another group do it for you.

I guess it depends, but it may be hard to get to the US from Iran, at least I'd assume so, because tensions are pretty high between the two nations from what I can tell. (I think that we embargoed Iran, in which case I'd think there'd be travel restrictions.

Although I'm a dual national , when I was in United Kingdom , I played Euro Millions and no one told me I couldn't buy a ticket . I grew up in the US so everyone knew I was a US citizen . In fact no one knew I also hold British citizenship.

Seems if you are a non US winner winning in the US, you should be able to collect. In Va , when the lottery started , one of the first tickets went to an Australian group if I remember right .

yes there have been several non US winners in several different games including scratch offs pick 3/4/5/6 games.

I've never heard of any Mega Millions or Powerball, though I suppose there is a slight chance that a winner accepting via trust could have been from out of the country (though it seems usually those winners actually identify themselves and only used a trust because it was a group win).

I imagine there are at least a couple major winners of Pick 3, 4 or 5 from Canada, but with your location I assume you mean non-North America winners, which again I've never heard of any. Maybe someone els... [ More ]

is there any non-us resident winning some huge prizes like 4 picks and 5 picks in mega millions or powerball.

i am not sure that there will be any jackpot winners from out of usa.so please tell me if there is any.
