			<description><![CDATA[<p>What people dont understand is that this a vast amount of money going to the top 2 percent. This means that the owners of these casinos and state lotteries Do Not have to disclose their earnings which will inevitalbly hurt an already underfunded educational system. This also allows them to be able to classify their earnings as a Small Business which will alleviate them from paying their fair share of taxes. I hope everyone see what is going on. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Last I heard the switch won&#x27;t happen until June or July. Going private may not be a bad thing if they do more player rewards and incentive promotions. The key for them is to get new players hooked and keep current players interested and private sector business mostly seem to do more profitable and efficient job than government counterpart. Can you imagine how poorly a state run casino would do?
