			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would think the players that play the multipliers would be the ones that only play a couple lines or maybe up to five.<br /><br />It could be that the ones who don&#x27;t are neglecting to do so because they want more coverage through more lines and therefore double their coverage by not buying the multipliers.<br /><br />They might look at it as lucky that they didn&#x27;t play the multipliers because they might not have had the dough for that extra Quick Pick that happened to win the $250,000.<br /><br />Or not.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>When the winnings are posted on here, I don&#x27;t see where any of the states had a 250,000 win that was multiplied.<br /><br />Powerball will show if the win was multiplied though.<br /><br />Does anyone know if megaplier tickets just aren&#x27;t ever drawn or do they just not list it</p>]]></description>
