How do you pick your scratcher?

Some games you develop a feel for them. There is some kind of good aura around them and wins happen more often then on other tickets.

For me those would be $10 LFL and $20 Monopoly. Ever since they came out I liked those tickets aesthetically and also because I seem to hit $100 or more more often with these then any other game.

On the other hand there are also bad scratch offs which, try as hard as you might, you simply cant win on them. I.E I have never won more then $50 on Casino Action

If i scratch em' I like the Wild Time Theme here in Michigan the 2 or 5 dollar ones. But i usually only purchase one while i'm getting my 3 and four digit numbers in the evening. I say to the Clerk, Give me that Wild Time Ticket there, i want to get my money back from my 3 4 digit playing Sometimes it works, won 25 bucks on one this eve at the gas station when i got my tickets for tomorrow midday. I like bright colorful ones, 5 dollars or less, not a big scratcher spender.

Hello~ i am new to this forum! but anyways the way i choose my scratchers are from talking to the cashier/clerk/workers. i always ask about the best tickets and they tell me latest wins or best sells. Lately they have been telling me that the vending machine scratchers have big wins. They make there profit if you buy from behind the cash reg. or from vending so g00d luck to all scratchers

Some folks gravitate to certain themes . I know one person who only plays bingo and crossword based scratchers, some players like tickets with '7 in the name, some like to scratch the ones based on poker or 21 etc. Most of my big wins have been on tickets with lots of yellow in the background. Do you have a certain flavor of scratcher ticket
