You're right, I do have a lot of security. I will try uninstalling some programs...good idea. Thanks for all your suggestions

You may have other programs running in the backround, :ie virus programs or programs that bog down the machine on startup. If you have programs that you don't use uninstall them and free up hd space. Try upgrading your RAM is that possible and go from there. I'm running only .75 gig of Ram ,but i have a fast dsl connection and its smooth going with Mozilla. Thanks for all your programs

Hey there,laker!

I'm using IE8 and have tried the disc cleanup but to no avail. It's been feeling like the old dial up,lol. Hope this brings ya some luck

Thanks LL. Maybe its your browser that you are using. Popups etc.. I do a disk cleanup weekly to keep my pc running fast.

Maybe that will help your speed issue. Anyway the system looks promising.

Summer's just around the corner....(well,at least here in California it is) so thought I might try out this BackYard BBQ system for predicting BACK PAIRS. Good to use along with your workouts.
