Win 3.1, 95 and 98 all use the same DOS based Kernel.

You cannot use programs designed specifically for this on any other system.

Over the years eol Lottery Tracker and Wheeler was made for dos, win 3.1, win95 and win98, depends on which version he has. Tricky to get it working, I believe you have to enter some winning data before shutting the program down and opening it again or it doesn't work the next time. BobP

If it is a DOS program that uses full-screen, the answer is no. You might be able to get it to work in DOSbox with Vista.

Have you tried right clicking on the icon and viewing Properties to see if you can run it in Compatibility mode like Win95?
