			<description><![CDATA[<p>no problem ......<br /><br />I&#x27;ve had more then a few sites that&#x27;ve gone MIA on me b4 ....<br /><br />more often then not the webmasters were just tweaking and or updating the info<br /><br />funny foot note thars a few sites that exist for the singular perpose of keeping track of things and changes and email you up dates accordingly<br /><br />but as I tell most people .... if a site /blog offers a newsletter and or RSS feed<br /><br />SIGN UP 4 IT</p>]]></description>
