* Find a place online to host pictures for free.

* Once you find a site to upload, click on Upload/Browse pics

* Select picture on your computer that you want to upload.

* Wait for free hosting site to upload your picture.

* Once its done uploading it will give you the URL/Link of your photo.

* Copy the link (Cntrl+C)

* Come to Lottery post to this thread

* Click Reply

Final step:

Click the little tree icon to the bottom right (Insert/edit image)
