It is a common number-substitution method, which reduces the digits to<br /><br />manipulate from 10 to 5.<br /><br />Off the top of my head I&#x27;m not sure who came up with the term, but even if someone were to tell you who did, it is possible it&#x27;s been used before that.<br /><br />If BobP were to chime in with who he thinks it was, I&#x27;d probably trust that.</p>]]></description>
