Didnt realize that was rare in IL....Fl recently had 47 jackpot winners on Fantasy 5...46 of them were self picks at different locations.

Still not rare here in FL

What was rare about what Coin Toss showed was all 5 winners were self picks and the tickets were bought in 5 different locations.

This is VERY VERY common in FL. There is rarely only 1 winner days on the Pick 5 here (Fantasy 5). Its safe to say its rare when there is only 1 winner on Fantasy 5 in FL.

The typical payouts are split between 2-5 people.

WINNING NUMBERS: 01 - 08 - 11 - 16 - 21 all five self-picks

I was told some years back here at lottery post when I was posting for awhile about pick 5 strategy that the number 1 to many pick 5 strategy players is a key number to be in all plays. Or at least when you figure it is going to drop again.

Get the 1 ball you only need four more.

An event like this is well within the realm of probability. When randomness is involved, anything can happen. This is just one instance.

The key here would be to keep track of these things.

Has something like this happened in the past? I would be surprised if it had not. Will it happen again in the future? Probably. But when it does occur again, how much time passed between the two events? If only a few months separate the two then one eyebrow should rise up. The next eyebrow should rise
