a 2 digit return happens approx. every 7.51 draws.

A 2 digit return is when exactly 2 digits repeat from 1 draw to the next draw,

for example GA midday had 794 on 04-30-2011, and on 05-01-2011 the 907 came in, 7 and 9 are two repeating digits.
