That's exactly what happened to me - in Ohio! My date showed me how to play the Ohio Lottery, back then I think it was a Pick 6 State Lottery. I won $140. I've been hooked ever since - still the biggest win I ever had.

I started playing a little bit my senior year of high school, after I turned 18. I remember noticing a P3 ticket in class and thinking that it was wierd for a student in High school to have a lottery ticket..... but whatever I was 18.

I'm in High School, graduating in a few weeks.

I've already saved up a good chunk of change for my tutition along with some scholarships. I'm going to spend it on lottery tickets because I can snip it!

I'm personally leaning towards the Ohio Classic Lotto because its a 1/13.9M chance and its up to over $30M. Its a 6/49 Matrix and if I have 100 of them I'll have a much better shot. (Also considering matching 4 is $70 its a good bet IMO)

This is what you said you were going to do. I've been saving my change for the entire school year (ends next week) and I said from the beginning that I was going to cash it in and buy lottery tickets with them . Therefore, you should do exactly what you said unless you're not old enough to play in that case you should save up untill you are old enough then you should play what ever game brings the biggest payout.

In all honesty, I would save most of it. I would buy 1 x $20 scratcher since the odds are typically better an then save the rest.

I have a huge glass beer bottle with a plastic cap that sits on our kitchen counter. Every day when my wife and I get home we put our spare change in there and once its full, there is on average about $180-$210 in change. Well I know I'm in college, and I can afford to do a similar thing without breaking the bank. I just put 1-3 dollars away everytime I want a scratch off, but don't get one for whatever reason, usually like 2 times a week, since I usually end up getting one everyday, but since I started doing this I stopped buying my one every single day.

Being in Ohio makes a big difference.

You can play both multi-state games PB and MM locally.

You can also play locally a Pick5 game RC5 with odds of 1/575K and a minimum jackpot of $100K

You can also play locally a Pick6 game OCL with odds of 1/14M and a jackpot of $31M+

You got a many choices locally as you would anywhere else in the country.

P.S. Don't bother with Classic Lotto cause I'm planning on winning that one myself.

$5+ scratch offs?

I haven't cashed them in yet but my guesstimation is that I have around $100.

I'm in Ohio if that makes any difference.
