i watch too much court tv and there is no judge or lawyer that will help in a situation like this.....on line gambling is illegal....so therefore when you enter into illegal behavior a judge can't give you money for something that was tanted in the first place....anyone who does this is GAMBLING with their money.....no guarantee that the name they give you will act accordingly as they say they will do.....there ain't nothing you can do about it....i have read other people that had a disagreement... for those who live in the U.S, when you first had your account with them how did you send you deposit? becase when i asked them the said something about you can send it western union and they'll give me a name to send the money to. is that true. and i've heard some of those names they give you are weird. i just don't want to be looked at weird sending money to someone with a foreign name all the time you know. if i was the person at western union even i would look at me weird.

I also play with them. I received money via moneygram, direct bank deposit and via Money Bookers. Never had a problem with them at all.

I know about 10 people who use that place in Costa Rica and they told me they've had no problems whatsoever. Maybe you shouldn't have said something that would piss them off. Just like you don't send food back to the chef, because there's a chance something undesirable will be added when it comes back.

The name is similar to one outfit that I've seen warnings not to use...

Anyway -- try making nice with them, first. If that doesn't work ...

1) check on their site (about us) for a physical location

2) do a 'whois' on the domain name, that will tell you what jurisdiction they fall under.

do not play at 5 and dimes,they will cheat you,i had $1100 in my account ,and because thier gm Tony didnt like what i said,my account was closed and all funds deleated,does any one know the office address of 5 and dimes
