I agree...that just sounds way off.

Try another store and see what they say (or maybe a few stores).

I think people would still play the game though.

says on the back of the ticket prizes uner $600 may be claimed at any NCEL retailer,NCEL headquarters,or any NCEL office,maybe you should try to cash in your

ticket at another store.good luck

If thats the case, they will fix the computer problem because the players will stop playing that game or wont begin to play it.

Here in NC we just got new $5 called EZ Grand and any single winnings over $30 has to be mailed into Raleigh the main headquarters. Has anyone heard of this in their state ? They are saying the computer is the problem. I hope the players of NC leave them on the roll and they are a flop.
