It is rare to see $$ only go up by $3m ( I know, how can I say only and $3M in the same sentence!)

But I too think it was because PB had a large jackpot....

What would really be rare....and kinda cool....is if on Friday 6/3/11, the Euro jackpost gets hit..... Caliafornia Super Lotto Plus will be (for a nano second) the largest jackpot....(that's guessing if MM rolls to amt under SLP)

As slow as it California Super Lotto Plus climbs...being at the top of the board would be rare indeed... [ More ]

I hope it won't be the norm. We get such piddly increases with SuperLotto in California, don't need that happening with MM. (funny, talking about millions as piddly , but odds are I won't win so it's all monopoly money to me)

Looking through previous results, it's happened before, but it's been a while.

Estimated jackpots are based on interest they can expect an annuity to pay, maybe the lower estimates are based on lower interest annuities are paying now.

Usually the jackpot goes from $12 million to $16, $18, or $19 million.

Last night's e-mail said it is now $15 million, I don't think I've ever seen it go from $12 to $15 million before.

Maybe it's just not getting the play because the Powerball is $200 million.
