Although the title in the link says One year, two year , I actually go back 5 years. Recently I've noticed that my 4 to 6 day rule system and only going back 30 days system works just as well as going back all those years, and there's less to look at.

By the way, today I've been dabbling with a new system I made by using three of my systems, the 4 to 6 day rule , my addition system, my 30 day back system, and an older system which is being introduced this Tuesday to make a total of 4 systems... [ More ]
