If it was in front of a store that I normally wouldn&#x27;t go to I would scratch and cash. The customers at Mike&#x27;s are different, most are on a first name basis, we talk to each other, give tips, and hang out a bit, not just play and run. Mike lets the customers read the newspapers to get info. If the tickets were given to some clerks, they would probably scratch them and cash in any winners and when the true owner asked about them, they give the description of whomever turned them in.<br /><br />Sure is a catch-22 .</p>]]></description>

The computer made them for tomorrow&#x27;s mid instead of tonight. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well since these are bearers instruments and unplayed, I don&#x27;t see how likely it is for someone to be able to identify them as their lost tickets. So in this case, I would have to say finders keepers, loser [doesn&#x27;t know to be a] weepers . I am as honest as they come and say it was a scenario in which I saw who dropped them, in that case I would pick them up, catch their attention and hand them back over to them. Thus, it was meant to be.<br /><br />Man, that really screws things up now, lol.<br /><br />So maybe a real jerk lost that money and Joker was meant to find it and keep it.<br /><br />I hope it doesn&#x27;t work that way.</p>]]></description>

I gave him hints about being honest the next time around and he wasn&#x27;t too happy about it. Whether i was going to follow through on my hints is another thing, but I wanted him to know that I wasn&#x27;t being appreciated for the honesty.<br /><br />I know that he&#x27;s the type that wouldn&#x27;t have turned it in, and he kept the whole thing.
