Also, look at how long the digit 4 had been out, since May 14, 2011 almost a month lacking five days.

the draw was a combination of the previous draw the last time the digit 4 appeared. As stated above the digit 4 had been out for over a week.

The digit 4 has not appeared in the third position thus far.

I have noticed that sometimes it will appear in a state whereby the digit has been out for over a week sometimes it is the reverse.
