Good morning LP family

My son (ayden 8/4/04) had a dream about my mother (ada 3/28/48) that her skin was falling of her face and she started to pull it back and when she did he saw me (val 1/6/66) his mother and said he thought it you was my mother. Could you tell me what this means and numbers please.
