			<description><![CDATA[<p>ROFLMAO!!!<br /><br />The only two lottery malfunctions I have seen on TV were one where the DC Hot Five machine would not select any balls. This happened on Sunday, December 23, 2001. I remember standing there thinking, When is this thing going to pop out a number?<br /><br />The other one was the Georgia Cash 3 drawing on Sunday, October 5, 2008 (back when Georgia did only a night drawing on Sundays). The first ball came out - a 3. The second ball did not come out.
