			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am going to assume you mean Robert Walsh not Welch.<br /><br />The trick to using this system is to not only track his base numbers, but in addition, you have to track his strategies to see which ones perform the best. Since it looks as if you are in Maryland, I can tell you that his A1 Strategy (Chapter 14) is ok at producing hits.
