When will the lottery stop, after all the years we are still waiting for the lotters, to become fair, Cut off time to play in each state, is the same, or have a different cut off time. Here the cut off time is long ..... now keep it fair, if your cut off time is 6.30 why do we still wait 20 mins or longer till the number comes out. What is fair, cut off time is 6.30 we .................. see the number at 6.31 thats fair
