morbius, this happened in jersey abt. 2yrs. ago, if i remember right you could,t buy tickets but, you could collect store level payouts, $600.00 or less but, if you had a big win you would have to sit on it til they resoved the budget.has this caused the casinos to temp. shut down like it did here

i think that happend in jersey just abt. 2 yrs. ago.sorry details are now kind of fuzzy at this late hour,i'll give it the old college try later.

You can collect right away and they'll give you an exchange ticket for the remaining draws.

Well I bought my first multi-draw tickets tonight since my states legislative branch and governer can't Decied exactly HOW to sqeeze more blood from us turnips. Couple questions anyone ever had their state shut down the lottery terminals, and if I win on a multi ticket, but there is still drawings on it, can I collect, or do I wait till all draws are done
