			<description><![CDATA[<p>morbius, this happened in jersey abt. 2yrs. ago, if i remember right you could,t buy tickets but, you could collect store level payouts, $600.00 or less but, if you had a big win you would have to sit on it til they resoved the budget.has this caused the casinos to temp. shut down like it did here</p>]]></description>

Couple questions anyone ever had their state shut down the lottery terminals, and if I win on a multi ticket, but there is still drawings on it, can I collect, or do I wait till all draws are done</p>]]></description>
