Also again, as day before (in that State) 3 digits (519 in 9451) in the set were found in pick 4.

We will attempt to do something similar again. Interestingly number set was very small and 6 numbers matched in that particular location (3 in the P3 and 3 in P4) and the same time (Midday). No State was mentioned in the post so this still can easily be attributed to a random chance, however I usually target specific location (in addition to time) this time I did not.
