			<description><![CDATA[<p>That is the way it is suppose to be. If we are spending money on the lottery and we don&#x27;t win BY LAW we are suppose to be able to write that off against any WINNINGS we have that year. I have not HAD to do that yet as all my over $600 wins have been on multiple tickets (hit $1500 but on 6 $250 tickets). But I keep ALL my losing tickets as the law says I CAN write them off. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>i have not been lucky enough to need to,but the irs knows how to look at this stuff,if i win say 50g on pic 5 on dec. 31 and have $364.00 of losers i can take it off the winnings. now as to picking tickets out of trash,valid ? won&#x27;t work cause same applies to winning $ at the race track, if you&#x27;re losers have footprints all over em you&#x27;re in trouble.that is to say you&#x27;re tickets need some kind of pattern,same #s over over ,same,store over over</p>]]></description>
