			<description><![CDATA[<p>Another possible thing to do might be to<br /><br />take 00 to 49 as Low Pairs and 50 to 99 as High Pairs, as said before the pairs with an Odd last digit would be Odd Pairs and the pairs with an Even last digit would be Even Pairs.<br /><br />-----------------------<br /><br />What would be needed is a filters program that also gives both stats and filters for the pairs, besides of giving stats and filters for the complete pick 3 numbers and the pick 3 VTracs.</p>]]></description>
