			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes you can mark them. Stores cash them in and throw them away(except ones that require a claim-I think). I do know they throw all small winners away. We have self serve stations in PA and you scan them and throw them away next to the machine. I think 99% if not all PA stores have the self check thing and I love it. I will take 30 or so crossword/bingo tickets I didnt feel like scratching. I would hate to hand them all to a store worker.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Is it okay to use a permanent marker on the tickets to indicate when I won something? Or is it okay to put in the corner the amt of money I should be winning for each winning ticket despite having the Scratch2Cash scan? I&#x27;ve been ripped off a couple of times by retailers giving me less than I actually won and it pisses me off. If I&#x27;m certain that I&#x27;ve done the math and should be getting $5 on a ticket, I don&#x27;t wish to be screwed over.
