There is a woman I have seen at the store several times buying tickets. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t think that&#x27;s a mistake.<br /><br />Every number you pick is based on a decision, but you need to write down WHY you decided to pick that number, most folks don&#x27;t.<br /><br />When you DO write down why, you can then see which decision bases are ok, and which ones you can throw out/try something new.<br /><br />I mean, if you pick a certain number based on one thing, and after two months it NEVER hits, it&#x27;s not a good decision.</p>]]></description>
