			<description><![CDATA[<p>the three letter code such as FIV is under the coating, so for you find it you have to buy the ticket and scratch it there are 3 little letters under the coating so of them spell out how much you won.<br /><br />But this is not always true, some states have changed this and they are just 3 random letters that mean nothing</p>]]></description>
