The people need money.

The government needs to stop spending money. And we're about to renew their Credit Card.

The States, too. Most states are in debt. They can't seem to figure out to get out of debt, they have to spend less than they recieve.

I mentioned this before but you may have missed it. When state lottery incentives were put on the state ballots the arguments against having a lottery was it would be an unfair tax on the poor and it would create degenerate gamblers. From a gambling perception a 10 cent bet would be fine but because of the opposition, it was decided that 50 cents would be the limit.

if they were to implement this in every country in the world and in every state in the USA if you manage to crack it, by winning 3 times per drawing you will make: $140 MILLION DOLLARS EVERY YEAR GLOBALLY in pick3 each year and $933 million dollars globally on pick4 each year...provided that 25 cents on pick4 will pay: $500 and $125 is taken as tax for the state...just for winning 3 times per drawing...

$1 bet gives you: $500: 50 cents bet i think gives you $250 so 25 cents bet will give you: $125 but instead of giving people the $125 they take, $50 for themselves and people win: $75 for the straight 25 cents...

They will make: $50 per bet plus the 12 cents of every quarter...is additional source of revenue for the state...

they could do this also with pick4...if 10 people win those options per drawing the state will make: $300,000 plus a year of additional revenue...if they add pick4 it... [ More ]
