Go to the NJ lottery home page. The 3rd link in from the left says VIP Club . Click on the link to register for second chance drawings. There's no charge to become a VIP Club member. The information for entering the second chance drawing is on the web-site. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

Hi Boney526,

I really don't think that you need to be concerned about any of the eligible tickets being removed from the list. I was concerned about that too, when the drawings first started, but I'm not anymore. It's just my opinion, I wish I could tell you for sure, but I don't see how they could do it and be fair to the players, or to the retailers promoting the drawings. Retailers don't sell tickets at the same pace. I think the first game on the list is Tic-Tac-Toe and that game is still... [ More ]

I gotta a bunch of tickets to enter, I hope I get the time. If not, I just hope they stay eligble for the next replay.... I'm like swamped this week.
