Ok heres what I need say I start with 063 ok now i want to be able to put this number or any other number such as 907 in cells A1 B1 C1

and then in cells E1 F1 G1 thru E12 F12 G12 i need it to give me the answers to this math

X= stays the same

Math subtraction

NO carry overs Answers

it sounds like you want to use different values. as -1 -2 etc. Modify Raven62's method slightly to have a fixed reference cell assume f1 will be your reference cell and it will contain a 1 or 2 or 3 etc. this formuls now becomes =mod(a1-$F$1,10) now the formula looks to cell f1 for a value to subtract change f1 and all you values change.

change the - to a + and you can add whatever. the F1 can be any cell just make it a fixed reference with the

Ok heres the thing i just cant understand say i have 0 in A1 and 6 in B1 and 3 in C1 so i have 063 now i know how to get excel or openoffice to -1 from 0 to give me 9 but my problem comes if say i put 3 in A1 my lotto math screws up! Does this make sense what im trying to do? Let me try to explain better:

I have 063 or whatever numbers i put in

Now i want to say -1 or -2 whatever to get say 9 or 8 in A1 lotto math. Ok i can do that but what if A1 is say 3 and i still want to -1 or say A1 i... [ More ]
