Polaris effect on numbers

The other day I got one of those letters that psychics send out. This one had a rather odd comment about numbers:

Polaris effects the vibratory quality of numbers and this makes it possible for me to recognize numbers that are specific to an individual. These numbers are so highly charged that they are more than lucky nunmbers they are magnets attracting miracles. Ninety percent of the big winners you read about used Polaris enhanced numbers, even though they did not realize it.
