What you're calling Southern Illinois we call Yankees!

I'm one county north of the Southern Seven . Residents of those counties who go to Kentucky colleges pay in-state Kentucky tuition. I'm not kidding.

Have to disagree with you on the location of the winners. It doesn't matter if it's the draw games (Little Lotto, Lotto), raffles, 2nd chance drawings, or scratchers, most of the winners are Chicago and the collar counties.

Well, I'm talking per capita it seems like the winning percentages are higher down in Souther Illinois for instants. I'm just talking about instants...

Way south of those places, closer to Southeast MO.

Not sure if you're talking big winners in scratchers or jackpot games, but it seems there's a lot more form your area (duh, population) than anywhere else.

There are threads in Pick 5 for IL Little Lotto Jackpots for 2008, 2009, and 2010, and IL Lotto Jackpots in the Jackpot Games threads. If you care to, go through them and see where the winners were.

It's funny how these stores start the rolls. The little convenience store I go starts them at 000, the 7 Eleven starts them at the end. I wonder if the Illinois Lottery requires them to start from the beginning or end of the roll or it doesn't matter

We haven't seen this tickets yet way south of Chicago but from what the promo says I think these have any raffle beat.

If I read it right it's 25 top prize winners- $1,000,000 each. That certainly beats a 500,000 ticket raffle that has four top prizes of one million anytime. At half the price no less.

Well, I have begun entering my tickets for the $200,000,000 Cash Spectacular Second Chance game online. Remember if you enter them online, you have to retain them, just like the WOF drawing! Hey all, not sure if the Illinois Lottery wanted this out already, but my Lottery Retailer has a cardboard stand out with free entry forms to take for the upcoming $10 $200,000,000 Cash Spectacular game. Basically, save your tickets because you can start sending in non winning minimum of either a non winning Cash Spectacular ticket or a combination of $10 non winning tickets to enter a drawing to throw a half court shot at an upcoming basketball game later this year for a chance at a $1 million
