			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am still rather new to this board. Thought I would chime in on this one. The computer draws I think need to go. Its to easy to manipulate them even if the thing is certified by an outside audit agency. Which being a contract thing, if the lottery people that are handling the contract with the outside firm is not doing what they want, the outside auditor will get dropped somehow someway and very quietly. Its never to hard to find a contractor for government affiliated work. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Todd once wrote that some savvy tech can actually write a program that self destructs once it does it&#x27;s job, leaving no trace for any auditor.<br /><br />As Much as I hate what the states do with balls and their pre tests and everything else, computers also have their downsides. In a perfect world, they&#x27;d leave the machines alone with no pretests and rotations and just draw the feaking balls. If it breaks during the draw, have another one on standby and redo the draw. She brought them to Tennessee. She says it&#x27;s not healthy to talk about them though.<br /><br />A few people who talked about them have come down with Pulverized Head Syndrome.</p>]]></description>
