Gotta chime in on this one for sure -- NY and 718 hold definite significance for me - 1718 specifically. Also, 718 for Massachussetts. I pinged the 817 late today.

I absolutely love these numbers and the 788, my personal pet for DE, that never ever ever falls straight. At least, not when I want it to :)

Then there's the 911 - my straight QP. I just pinged 999 a little here too.....

Now I don't think that all of these are NY area codes.

However, in the dream, I was looking at list of area codes and 878, 887 and 718 were listed under NY.
